Indigo Contact System Manager

MailerLite is primarily an email marketing platform and website builder, that will help us grow our audience, engage supporters, and automate email campaigns. It offers features like email and newsletter creation with a drag-and-drop editor, automation, signup forms, landing pages, and integrations with other web apps. To date, we've done little more than personal word of mouth--we can make a huge difference without using even a fraction of the possibility for growth!
We have volunteers that are currently creating integrated websites for both the Rescue and our supporting for-profit boarding business, and volunteers that will handle creating social media posts and newsletter/email content.
Our need is for a volunteer to manage “the business end” of the system, setting up and maintaining the database and its numerous subgroups, as well as to make use of the analytics the system provides. This job is an important part of a team effort!

- Email Marketing:
Create and send email campaigns and newsletters using a user-friendly drag-and-drop editor.
- Automations:
Set up automated email sequences based on various triggers, like new subscribers or specific actions.
- Website and Landing Page Builder:
Build websites and landing pages with a drag-and-drop editor, suitable for various purposes, including lead generation and sales. (We've already done this one!)
- Signup Forms and Pop-ups:
Capture email addresses and build your subscriber list with custom signup forms and pop-ups.
- Integrations:
Connect MailerLite with other popular apps like Google Analytics to streamline marketing workflows.
- Simplicity and Affordability:
MailerLite is designed to be easy to use, particularly for smaller businesses or those starting with email marketing.
- Subscriber Management:
Manage our contact lists--volunteers, donors, business supporters, etc., set times to deploy newsletters and email, and track campaign performance.
This position is eligible for a Board or Directors position, but it would not be a requirement.
